What most people don't realize is that you can control a property without ever taking ownership of it. Think of it like a stock option. When you buy a stock option, it gives you the "right" to buy or sell the stock at a certain price within a given time period. Same with real estate. You can control a property for as little as $10 and sell it to someone 30 days later at a higher price and make a substantial profit.
