Form 1 - Property Evaluation Sheet ($199)
This evaluation sheet and excel program is priceless. There will be times when you walk through a house and wonder what the repairs will cost. All you need to do is bring a measuring tape, plug in the numbers and it will spit out an estimate of what it would cost to repair that home.
